Richard's Past Experience 

Started his career as an assistant to the chairman from the year 1986-1988 for electronic hardware corporation. Where he was supposed to deal with implemented and improved manufacturing and inventory system for his company. After which in the year 1989 Richard Kassel decide to put down his contribution for some social work experience. And therefore become a Legal Assistant for Catholic Charities office for immigrant services in the year 1988. After this he served service as case associative, providing counselings and advocacy service to institutionalized psychiatric patients. Along with this since 1989-1992 he remains part of much other reputed organization including Jewish Board of Family and Children Services. As well as Cony Law School Disability Law Seminar and Main Street Legal Services, Immigrant Rights Clinic.

Richard's Current Status

He was designated as Associate Attorney for the Law Office of David Chesterfield since 1992-1999. Where he represented middle and low-income individuals in a variety of civil matters, draft motions and negotiated opposing counsel. He also served as Associated Attorney for Chernenko, Spielberg &Amp; Werner, LLP. From the year 1996 - 2005 Richard become senior partner. Representing persons facing deportation, family based and labor based immigrant beneficiaries. After this Richard Kassel inaugurated his own law office by the name Richard Kassel, LLC. From the year 2005 – 2015 he continues to remain as a sole member of this firm.
